Summer has barely begun, but school will be starting before you know it. It isn't too early to prepare for the upcoming school year, even if it's still a couple of months away. Organizing finances and saving money are good ways to prepare. Provident has several offerings geared toward our young members ages 17 and under, and for those heading off to college.

Youth Accounts

  • Youth Savings — Where young members begin their relationship with Provident.
  • Youth Add-on Certificate — This special certificate only requires a $50 opening deposit and allows unlimited deposits throughout the 12-month term.
  • Youth Checking — Available for members age 13-17, featuring no monthly fees, free Visa debit card, overdraft protection and free ATM access.

College Package

  • College Checking — No minimum balance required, no monthly fees and convenient access with a free Visa debit card or ATM card.
  • College Auto Loan — A first-time buyer loan ideal for establishing credit. Students 18 and older who are employed are eligible.
  • College Visa — Another great way to establish credit. This card offers a low introductory rate for six months and requires little or no credit. Must be 21 years of age to apply.
